Temporary Fuel Surcharge Notice

From 1 November 2026, a temporary £5 fuel surcharge per site visit (plus VAT) will apply to applicable service visits and callouts.

Like many businesses, we’ve seen fuel and transport costs rise significantly in recent months. We’ve worked hard to absorb these increases and avoid passing them on to our customers for as long as possible. However, to help maintain the reliable service you expect, we’re introducing a small temporary fuel surcharge.

The surcharge will be shown as a separate line on your invoice for complete transparency and helps us continue providing responsive support, including planned maintenance visits and our 24/7 emergency callout service.

We’ll keep the surcharge under regular review and remove it as soon as conditions allow.
